The New April Denver Price Change Map

Here is the new Denver neighborhood price change map put out by Your Castle using statistics from the MLS. Check the average sold prices, days on market (DOM), price change, and months of inventory near you!  Once again, it all depends on neighborhoods! There's a lot of green (appreciation) on the map for areas selling for well over $300,000 and $450,000, especially southeast Denver and northeast Denver.

Check and see what your neighborhood is doing, or how that neighborhood you've always had your eyes on is doing!

If you need a different city, just call or email me!
